Placed order 2/21 Panasonic TH-42PWD8UK 42" Plasma Display. Called 2/23 to confirm and after I verified the order, the rep proceeded to try and sell me another TV. I asked him if the one I ordered is what they will send me. He said that if I didn't want to listen to him to think about it and call back? WTF?? I said think about what then the MFer hung up on me!
What a scam. This guy "Ben" really hates his job and needs to be fired. Needless to say I called customer service to cancel the order and went to Butterflyphoto.com. I know they have great service. TV was only $50.00 more anyway.
