I just got a Toshiba RD XS34 and I'm having trouble getting the TV Guide feature to work. I have Time Warner digital cable in NYC, using a Scientific Atlanta cable box. I followed the instructions, but after four days of looping through all channels on the cable box the system hasn't even downloaded a list of channels or the correct time. Can anyone help? Thanks.
