No msnbc or cnn

I have a Lifetime Ultra Fortec Star.My question is I never can pickup MSNBC OR CNN.I load 110' and 119' on a 500 Dish antenna.Could some one tell me how to get those channels or is it something that the receivers won't pickup? THANKS IN ANVANCE.
