MultiStar unit with no sound and remote not working

Anonymous	Posted on Sunday, January 15, 2006 - 15:51 GMT New to this so hope someone can help. I have a MultiStar unit programmed and I can see all channels(changing on the unit) but the sound is not there and the remote does not work. Does anyone have any idea where I messed up? Thanks
