I am not getting any Echo 7 channels. Some channels have signal but no quality, while some show bad or scrammbled channel. I re-loaded the channel list but still no luck. Echo 6.8 is fine but Echo 7 is gone meaning no HBOs or Cartoon Network....Please help.

have signal but no quality....if your dish hasn't been moved off location,
then it's your setting in the satellite setup. Make sure type of LNB is setup correctly....if LNB from DTV then LNB setting should be on standard.
if you have a dishnet dish then satellite setting either on standard or dishpro.
The dish didn't move at all. I am getting bad or scrammbled channels, and no quality on some while the signal is good.

that's what happen to me before...good signal but no quality...which mean you're aiming at the satellite correctly but the setting to recieve the signal is incorrect...play around with the lnb setting or the diseque switch setting.
Hint, look at LK notes from other thread, really good notes he put out.
