I have a Viewsat Extreme, wanted to delete some channels and reload them using a channel list, but for some reason it is freezing up on me while I am deleating. I will have to then turn the switch off from the back for it to reboot. Does anyone know whats happening with it. Also I need the files for it so I could put it back to the factory setting and start from scratch. Please send me the files or let me know where to get them from and what are the names of the files. Thx.
