LCD hookup

Got a 15 inch LCD TV - HDTV ready. I hooked it up to cable cord and wall cable outlet. Picture is fuzzy. Do I need a different type of cable cord?

First thing is to check connections. Are they all tight and secure? If that doesn't work try a different coax cord. If you have a cable box, use the s-video or component (Red, Green, Blue) if it has them as they will give you a better picture. The main cable lines are split if you are feeding mulitple rooms with service and this can cut signal strength where signal boosters are needed. Sometimes it's not even in your house and something stupid has happened like a squirrel chewin on the line somewhere ouside. Sounds stupid but is does happen and a call to the cable company is the last resort when all else fails. There are also different viewing modes on the tv that can be changed to improve picture quailty. You can also try adjusting the settings on the tv (contrast, etc.) to reduce the fuzzyness. Just trying to give you a wide variety of possible causes.
