I have a 35" RCA CTC179CM and it powers up fine, changes volume manually or with the remote fine, but can't change channels manually or with the remote. Also can't access menu. When I press a button on the remote or the front panel the green light on the power flashes but does nothing, also if I press the channel up or down on the front panel the screen blinks as if to change channels but comes back on the same channel.
