Tech help! no audio on rca tv

i have an rca 27 inch crt tv, with no warning the audio went out, all i get now is a hiss , the volume works , as the hiss gets louder, just no vocals, the model number is f27645. any tips and wiring/schematic info would be greatly appreciated
