it's recording another show on another station. WHY?
It's a ILO Tech dvdr05 model
Shouldnt they be just like a VCR?
Is there any DVD recorders that will? And are they expensive ones.
Any help appreciated!!

Make sure you are watching the program through the DVD player. One way to confirm this is to change the channel on the DVD player and it should change the channel on the tv. If it does not then the input needs to be changed on the tv.
