I have purchased a new TV Philips 29 PT7325 with progressive scan. I own a philips DVP 5100 dvd player with progrssive scan option. I have connected the player to my tv using dvd component cables(Yb,Yr,Yu). When i use the setup in my DVD player to turn it to a progressive scan mode it ask for confirmation "Do you want to use progr scan mode if the picture is distorted it will be reset in 15 seconds" after this it resets back to the normal mode. My Tv is already set in the progressive scan mode. But how do i set my dvd player to output signals in prog scan mode. Ash.
