Help, I am having problems setting the 16x9/1080I format between Dish811 tuner and HD61Z575, pictures are grainy and stretched vertically which wasn't the case when this setup worked properly in past I believe it happened after the replacement of ballast, recommended by JVC C/A due to fire hazard Now under this setup 16X9/1080I and 720P reception for for HD and SD signal is awful and same goes for the DVD Player when playing a WS/FS movies, in the attached images notice how the fonts and their corresponding bars are shifted out of focus, this particular screen pops up once while after few tries while repeating the change and save function either via remote control or tuner I would like to know if it has to do with the tv and not the tuner and if some body else had a similar type of problem, its cause and any suggestions how to fix it
