I have that same file and it works fine so it may be a clone, just try turning power off and back on via the switch in the back, also, it takes a while to load the picture for the first time for some reason... just let it do it's thing and the picture will show up, I'm haveing problems myself but I thnk it's my diseqc switch, waiting for a new one in a few days should get it. for now, if power off and on doesn't work, try reloading channels and bin again and wait for the picture... don't forget to set the diseqc switch in the install menue on pansat to the right port after you are done...
