Hi. I have a viewsat, and the information & guide is not working anymore. It was, but now all I get is empty squares. When i push the info button all i get is a highlite of the station number across the bottom. Please Help. Thanks.
I could be wrong since you're talking about an ird I have no experience with ... but make sure you have the right timezone set and clock time is correct. I had that same problem but on a Pansat 2700A, and thats how I got it resolved.

If that doesn't help reload your file again, v1019 works good.
