CYBERHOME DVD-300: Plays PAL DVDs on NTSC TV?

I bought the CYBERHOME DVD-300 recently and it says it supports the PAL format. But I have a NTSC TV. Will the player make the PAL dvd compatible to watch on NTSC TV?
