New member Username: NickqFresno, Ca Post Number: 1 Registered: Dec-05 | Posting for a friend: I have a 3 year old Sony 51" rear projection TV. Recently I have developed faint blue lines that arc from the left side of the screen to the right. They are most visible on black backgrounds. They are almost invisible while the screen is bright (like on a white background). I have the Monster clean power 3500 as well as all monster cables. This only happens after about 10 minutes, while the TV is warmed up. It happens even with nothing playing, in a completly blank screen, with nothing hooked up. Please, any help you can offer would be greatley appreciated. I know no matter what it is I'll probably need to take it to a repair shop, but I would like to have an idea of what it is before that. I followed the instruction provided and adjusted it as directed and the blue lines magically disappeared and have not come back. took about 15-20 minutes start to finish. |
