I just bought an LG LRH-539 and there doesn't seem to be a way to set the timer to record at a certain day/time on a weekly basis. Is it actually necessary to re-enter the program every week or am I missing something? I can't find anything in the manual about this. Any suggestions?
I'm wondering if I should wait for a possible firmware upgrade or return it and buy a Toshiba. Does anyone have an opinon?
Ok, it's not in the manual but it turns out there is a way to tell it to record every monday, every tuesday, every wed-sat, etc. In case anyone is interested, you just go backwards in the date field when setting the timer and you get the periodic recording options.
I still have one more question though. Is there a way to selectd multiple titles from the HDD and burn them all to DVD in one go instead of seleccting one, burning it, selecting another, burning it ... ?
