Changing 522 from Dish Network to Bell Expreevu Software.. Possible???

Just bought a 522 was told it was new and never hooked up.. To my understanding it should have downloaded Bell Express software, but came with Dish Network on it.. Anyway to download or reprogram with Bell software??
