I have heard that the Pansat 2500a is no longer being made and that the pansat 2700 is the replacement model. I am intersted in buying one that is programmed. I see that hyperdss.com (http://www.hyperdss.com/pansat_2700a.php) has them, but are they programmed for dish?

You should buy one and learn to program it yourself. Very easy. There will come a time in the future when you will have to download a new bin into your receiver, even though it is already programmed, because the installed bin will be outdated. Best you start learning from the beginning, that way you won't be so dependent on the person selling you the programmed unit.

I just downloaded the new bin from blacklist with rollover on my 2700a and the box is acting funny. After a minute it is on, number one will show and the box turn itself off and then turn back on. The next time it will say '2' instead of '1' and do the same thing. Anyone having this problem with this new bin with rollover? I have an original pansat 2700a and i ve been loading all the bins until now from blacklist successfully. Do you think i lost my box? If i reload the old bin would it clear the problem? If i go back to factory setting and reload everything, would that solve the problem? Any advise on this will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Install the factory bin first, then the 132 bin and set the default keys..

might have to add DUMMY sastellite to list and use a good channel list also..
