i can down load to files the loader and bins and when i open the loader and transfer the bin and push download i get a message "flash update fAil" what does this mean and how do I fix this

As you can see there is lots out there! And it is all FREE.
most common possibilities..... 1.- wrong cable. U need a RS232 serial cable (straight through cable not a crossed cable). 2.- your not using the correct COM port: set it to COM1 (this is default) if it doesnt work, select COM2.
