Maybe I wasn't very clear... All the vertical transponders on both 119 and 110 give a 99% quality level, but all the horizontal ones turn up no quality at all. Is this something that can be fixed?

U did not supply very much info. you receiver supplies different voltages to the LNB for V or H
What receiver are you using? Check the LNB setting in your receiver which should be Single (11250) Pol (ALL) depending on your receiver

guys can you help me everythings works find for DISH Network on EchoStar 7 at 119.0°W bu my TP 6 has 85 level and no Quality and i need this TP to get HBO and showtime. please help.
