Picking up local channels?

Anonymous	Posted on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 - 02:46 GMT I'm hooked up to 119, I was wondering, can you set you PANSAT to recieve different transponder, IE, different local channels? For instance, I'm in socal, could I acess texas on transponder 8 etc?

Anonymous	Posted on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 - 10:58 GMT I was looking at other local channels, say for New York, and under lyangsat it stated that the transbonders were "beemed", you are unable to get the beemed signals unless you are in the area?
