RCA - Please do your research before purchasing one.

I always thought RCA was one of the best names you could buy "BOY WAS I WRONG". After having problems with my second RCA big screen I started doing some research on the web and what I found was unbeleivable. Not only were there some very unhappy consumers with RCA TVs it seems about any electronic with the RCA name had it's group of unhappy customers. Once these consumers found they had a problem they soon found that was just the begining. For some, the item they had purchased was still under manufacturer warranty and to get resolution they had to contact RCA, this became a near impossible task. PLEASE do your own research before purchasing an RCA. All you have to do is do a search on the web, I can promise you will find some unexpected information on RCA... Blessings....
