Ive been waiting to by a 50in plasma for a LONG time and finally am ready to do it.. I already have a nice stereo system with a denon receiver, paradigm speakers, HD Cable with DVR and now need the main attraction..
Ive been looking at a couple of units: Panasonic TH-50PX50U was what I thought of buying for a while, mainly b/c everyone likes it.. I saw the Samsung HP-R5072x today and think it looks GREAT.. I really like the Pioneer line overall, but cost becomes a little high.. Really want to stay around $4000.. (Usually that means about 4500 at an electronics store near b/c I've talked my way down on alot of things there.. (abt electronics).
What do you guys think? or do you have better suggestions (such as a phillips).. And Ive heard most manufacturers are releasing newer versions in the next month or two (should I keep waiting?)
