READ much...start by uploading the factory 222 bin after U do a receiver factory default setting in your remote menu....then upload the 256 bin, configure your antennae menu, blind scan, then receiver reboot..now watch TV
not to make you sound like a total n00b, but check the receiver to TV connection, make sure the coax from lnb is plugged into the IF input and the coax going to TV is in TV OUT, if using A/V cable make sure the colors match red to red, yellow to yellow, white to white.
