I hope someone can help. I'm going to buy a rear-projection HDTV. I've narrowed it to 2: the Samsung HLR5067 and the Panasonic PT-50LC14. They are about the same price and have been rated fairly well (good values). But I've read about a few concerns that someone might be able to help me with:
The Samsung HLR5067 -- is there a time delay issue? I want to play PS2 and I've read complaints about the delay being an issue.
The Panasonic -- I've read lots of complaints about bulbs not lasting on the Panasonic -- especially the PT-50LC13. Is this a major issue? Is the 50LC14 a new and improved model over the 50LC13? What is different between the two models?
Is there another TV out there that I've overlooked? The more I read, the more I confused I get.
