Is there a DVD that will time out?

I just burned up my second DVD player. The problem is I put a disk in at night and go to sleep. Then the movie finishes, cycles back to the main menu, and sits and spins for hours waiting to shut down.
Eventually this burns out the primary motor or the motor controller. My question is...
Do any of you know of a DVD player that will shut down or at least go to sleep if it sits on the menu, or pause for a time. Like a tape machine will.
Thanks for the help. Jeff

My Toshiba SD4900 shuts off automatically if it's inactive for approx 10 minutes. It's an inexpensive but decent player.

yes all toshibas must since even my cheap 1600 did--I found it annoying when I stopped a movie but I didn't know it could burn out the motor so I guess it is a useful feature.I think pioneer MIGHT as well(inquire or perhaps test it in store to see if it shuts off within 10 min. or so like toshiba).
