I just wanted to know if there was anyway to get california or any western UPN channels on my FTA on dishnetwork, I mostly just seem to be getting all Eastern channels, how do they know where I am getting the signal from?! any help would be great! I wanted to watch the UPN west coast feed but sadly couldnt find it on my satellite due to having mostly just eastern channels...

If you get the Conus Beam, you should be able to get the Los Angeles stations. I get them via Echostar 3.

Do you have to move the satellite to point to that satellite or is it in the same place as the echo 110 and 119?

I want my locals, Are you serious???? Of course you'll have to move you dish to Echo 3 it's a different bird, that's why it's called Echo3 and not Echo 7 or Echo 6.8
