Does KWorld DVBS100 Digital Satellite Receiver Card works for viewing nagra 2?

can i use this card (KWorld DVBS100 Digital Satellite Receiver Card) just like a twinhan or hauppage for viewing the dish network nagra 2 stream with mytheathre . and will it work with my dish pro lnb, i have heard ambigous info about it. some say it will work some say it wont. please tell me about your experience.
