I just flash my pansat 2500a using the factory bin. It went to 100% and then restarted. First come the dashes moving left to right. Then it displayed the channel it was previous set to. Then it would stop and show only one digit of that channel and restart all over again after 20sec or so. Has anyone encountered this problem?
