Directv/TIVO HD Receiver Question

I have the TIVO HD DVR with built-in Directv receiver. I do not have a phone line plugged in anymore and do not plan on plugging on in.

I keep getting a Directv message everyday telling me that the phone line is unplugged. The message in annoying cause it pops up everyday and it's a two step process to remove it so I can watch TV again.

Is there anyway to avoid this message?
