X-tv card for fta recievers, worth the money or not?

might be getting a fta system and was wondering is the x-tv card for fta recievers worth the money or not, is there any xxx programing on these recievers that is free, if you play around with these units can you get any other programing than what i lised from the companys selling them
There are a couple of adult channels that are Free-To-Air. Although you will need a big dish and a linear lnb.

Peerless thank you for the info,
i am seriously thinking about a viewsat vs2000 with 36" dish, rotor ,adapter with 3 lnb's and 4 way switch for about $400 canadian, how many different lnb's are there and which are the best to use, as of now i have 1 24" bell dish with lnb and 18" bell dish with no lnb and a 18" generic dish with lnb for bell and dish net, are these lnb's of any use to me and is there anything else i should have or know?
