I'm probably being stupid. I have a 56" JVC widescreen projection TV. When I play Widescreen Edition DVDs, I'm getting black bars at top and bottom of my screen, similar to letterbox on 4:3 ratio TVs. This happens whichever aspect I set the TV at. I've also checked the fetures on the DVD with no luck, unless I'm missing something. It's not supposed to be this way, right? Is it the DVD player or am I just missing something?
