My new CFTD2052 works great on TV. But when I try to play a DVD it says "Reading" than immediately says "No Disc". When we pushed the display/call button on the remote, nothing happened. I have tried all the suggestions in the trouble shooting section but to no avail. Does it need to go back to Sam's?
