Man, excuse me, If I give to you the serial number of my LG tv can you determine what is the real model of my TV? Thanks. Well the serial of my TV is 406KT00077. I very sad because the exterior appareance of the TV is similar to RP-42PX11X , but the rear Sticker says the model is RZ-42PY11X. Thanks a lot man, and sorry for inconvenience.

I don't have quick turn around access for serial numbers from products sold or distributed outside the U.S., however a search can be iniciated, it will take a few more days for a result.
