Slight problem how do i fix this (left side is clipped of by like an inch)

just got true crime and amped 2 (both were $10 bucks and support 720p) well when im running them in 720p the left side is clipped off by maybe an inch (can tell cause the subtitles are cut off) i tried turning off 720 p and its fine so must be something with my tv and 720p? its not that big a deal just a little annoying
i can get into my service menu but dont wanna change something and screw my tv up
