I'm a guest at my friend's apartment. For some reason on her panasonic tv (I do not know the model it just says BBE and T[tau] on it)on the lower right corner of the big screen there is another smaller screen which plays another channel and/or the dvd movie. It depends it we press the tv/video button on our control. We get either the dvd movie, channel 12, or a black screen. If it helps .. whenever we change these three options of video on the top right it says PIP Video 1(or 2 or 3). Its really annoying watching one channel and have the small screen there blocking things. Plus we cannot watch movies. It just plays in that small 3 by 4 inch screen in the lower right. We tried all the programmming options on the control and tv.
ANYone can help us to remove this annoying video option?? Thanks
Answer: I found out. With TV on, in the front of the panasonic push power and action buttons together until you see settings ok. Then turn off tv and when you turn it back on, PIP is gone.
