I inadvertently set my CH300 to PAL. The screen now flickers so I can't see to reset to NTSC. The manual only gives instructions on how to recover from a progressive scan setting, and this does not work for PAL error. I can find no other reset or default button. Any suggestions?

press the stop button on the player itself for about 10 seconds.
