My "new" JVC DR-MV1 does not power up, rather, it simply makes a continual ticking/clicking sound at a rate of about 3-4 ticks/clicks per second when it is plugged in. Does anyone know what is wrong, what parts need to be replaced and at what cost, or where I can find a wiring diagram or schematic? ANY help will be greatly appreciated and you will be revered as an "electronics god" if you can help. Thanks!
