hi, is there anyway that i can get a better sharper pic from my direct tv reciver? i already have component cables from my reciver to my tv but it stills looks a lil out of focus not the best pic?? don't know if it's the feed from direct tv but i just wanna improve it?
You're fine. It's just the technical constraints of digital tvs attempting to upconvert standard signals. We all have to live with this in some form.

We have 2 seperate Direct TV boxes...in different rooms,on seperate wiring.One works fine, the other works for an hr, then we get the blank, searching for signal screen. It never regains a picture.The TV will work if hooked up to the other box .Do we need a new box...or wiring?Thanks for any help.
