after 6 days of trying to get the tv guide to download (tech help seemed so put out by the asking for help, only one of them was competent)I brought up the guide and guess what, alot of channels were not available! And there is no way to add them. The little hotlink gizmo to the cable box makes the whole channel change painfully slow. I use Adelphia digital cable with a box. They have a long way to go to make a user friendy unit. I'm no tech whiz but I'm not a tech zero either. I am so dissapointed in this machine.
