RCA Model E13203BK 13in TV power switch problem

Bonzo Unregistered guest	Posted on Monday, February 28, 2005 - 03:41 GMT Neither Remote nor front panel power button turns on TV. Sometimes, after about 5-10 minutes, the TV will come on. Once on, TV works fine. Suggestions?
