How do you get the PIP on the Dell W2600 to work? Right now I get the same picture in both windows? What can I do?

Change the channel, press the SWAP button. Or press INPUT and select another input source. Then press SWAP. You can also use PIP SEL to highlight the whole screen or just the PIP and adjust channel or input source.
