Why are my dvd machines not compatable?

Barbara Chick Unregistered guest	Posted on Sunday, January 30, 2005 - 11:04 GMT I have a Phillips dvdr70, also a Mitsui dvdr 100.When I record from the Matsui, it will only play on the Phillips for about 4 chapters?what do I doing wrong ?
