I have a Philips dvd-player (DVD580M) and sometimes, without an apparant reason, the soundeffects from the movie can't be heard. the movie works perfekt as well as the backgroundsound like music. The thing that makes it even more strange is that it's only temporarly, a couple of hours later i works perfect again. It have happend only a few times (with different movies), but I would like to know if is a reason to go back to the store or if it is a normal problem.
