Mitsubishi WD-62825

Had the wd-62825 about 2wks, am generally pleased with one exception: I cannot use the PVR at all; my setup:Dish network satellite with HD receiver (it has DVI as well as component video outputs). The owner's manual states that the "Recording now" feature of the PVR can only be used when viewing ANT 1 or 2, or IEE 1394 devices. However, the recorder itself should be able to record video connected to inputs 1,2 or 3, but I haven't been able to do that, either.
My conclusion is that you must either have cable or a rooftop antenna to use the PVR. No salesman pointed this out anywhere. Am I missing something?

when i was looking at the TV at Tweeter, the salesman told me that the PVR could only record from the cable (coax, 75 ohm) input. But he said that it was a glitch that was expected to be fixed by way of an update to the TVs firmware (upload through one of the various memory card slots). I would contact Mitsubishi to see when or if they will be releasing the update.

good luck,
ryan
