New member Username: PuffiPost Number: 5 Registered: Nov-04 | Hi, I have a Pioneer 43" PDP-434HDG Plasma TV (Pure Vision) with a PDP-R04G Media Receiver (has HDMI, but no DVI, an also no D1/D2/D3/D4). However I want to see digital TV (J-COM): Local so-called digital CATV Tuner have only S-Video-, Component- or D2- output (which is Japanese COMPONENT?), but they say you can see digital TV??? Is this then really still HDTV and can I see in 720p/8010i? (Right now only 525p-component) Is there a reasonable digital tuner on the market which can fix my problem and is compatibel for the local CATV? Or should I forget about it?
