How do i get 1080i reception and full screen SD programming on RCA DTC210 receiver w/o getting up to change resolution setting every time on front of box. I use a Sony KV32HS510 TV with DVI connection. When i toggle between HD and non HD programming, I need to set resolution on 480 i/p to sustain full screen picture and letterbox HD, but if i increase resolution to 1080i on front of box, I get a letterboxed SD picture. What can i do to get 1080i on HD channels and full screen picture on SD channels without getting up every time?

Just called Thompson and they told me that the programming from DirecTV is being sent over at 1080i, so the receiver will show it in 1080i regardless of the setting on front of DTC210. Is this accurate?
