Do the Akai 42" HDTV rear projection TVs or the Samsung 42" HDTV rear projection TVs have a fixed audio out for hooking up a home theater system? Can you turn the speakers completely off and run them through you home theater receiver and hook it up to a hdtv digital cable box? I have been thinking about getting an Akai 42" or Samsung 42" for our den but the guy at CC said you could not do what I asked above with the Akai. I am very curious about both.
I would appreciate any answers you can give me.

I just purchased one of these this weekend (the akai) and it DOES have audio outputs to run to a reciever. I am running it this way now, and it sounds phenomenol!! I don't know if the tv cuts out when i power on the receiver, but experience tells me it does not (i had this setup on a different tv previous to this one). When the receiver is turned on, the center channel is all that can be heard though because it is amplified louder than what is coming out of the tv speakers.
