Outdoor Summer Home Theater

I have had an Epson S3 projector for about 5 years now, and we moved to a smaller home a couple of years ago and haven't had a chance to use it. This summer I am wanting to setup an outdoor theater in our backyard. We have a two-tiered wooden deck, so it should be perfect. I am thinking about using a white 8X10 tarp and a PVC frame as a screen. I have heard of other people using a tarp, and I've heard that it can be reflective, but not all that noticeable since the screen is so large. For sound I have the Bose companion 2 2.0 speakers. They are plenty loud, so I should be good to go there. What do you guys think, do you see any major problems with my thinking?

The best home theater systems will have at least 5 speakers so that they can be placed around the audience and create a surround sound.
